Sometimes we can feel like giving up on certain things and then come across a reminder

I was sitting this morning, supping my coffee and wondering what I had done wrong within a certain framework in my life. Firstly I ought not have been doing that, I ought to be trying to sort and resolve! However I am a mere human with human tendencies and emotions so that went on for a little while. I was looking then for some wisdom to post on my facebook page and I came across a good reminder to me of how I normally would deal with issues...'stuff'. I thought I would also post it here for anyone who might like to read through it and hold on to the sentiments, I felt stronger for having read this, I hope it helps you xx

People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Love them anyway.
